As\u00ed lo inform\u00f3 el Mtro. C\u00e9sar Augusto Mart\u00ednez Rocha, jefe del Departamento de Difusi\u00f3n y Divulgaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las sesiones se desarrollar\u00e1n de manera presencial los d\u00edas s\u00e1bado, a partir del 6 de septiembre, en un horario de 8:00 a 12:00 horas, en el Laboratorio de Productos Alimentarios del \u00c1rea Agroindustrial, ubicado en la Zona Universitaria Poniente. La inversi\u00f3n es de 600 pesos por persona y el cupo es limitado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El calendario contempla los siguientes talleres: \u201cCiruelas rellenas y mazap\u00e1n\u201d, el 6 de septiembre y el 11 de octubre; \u201cRoles y mazap\u00e1n\u201d, el 13 de septiembre y 18 de octubre; \u201cGalletas de mantequilla decoradas y fondant\u201d, el 20 de septiembre y 25 de octubre; \u201cRompope y panquecitos\u201d, el 27 de septiembre y 8 de noviembre; as\u00ed como \u201cTrufas y mazap\u00e1n\u201d, los d\u00edas 4 de octubre y 15 de noviembre de 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mart\u00ednez Rocha destac\u00f3 que este es el segundo ciclo de talleres que organiza la Facultad, despu\u00e9s del \u00e9xito obtenido antes del periodo vacacional de verano, lo que motiv\u00f3 a ampliar la convocatoria al p\u00fablico en general. \u201cQueremos que todas las personas interesadas en la cocina puedan acercarse y conocer lo que ofrece nuestra \u00e1rea\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El acad\u00e9mico explic\u00f3 que la iniciativa surgi\u00f3 a partir del inter\u00e9s de la propia comunidad universitaria en aprovechar las instalaciones y abrir la Facultad a la sociedad. A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que quienes han participado superan ampliamente sus expectativas, pues pocos imaginan que desde la Facultad de Ingenier\u00eda se desarrollen actividades vinculadas al \u00e1mbito
