Este jueves 3 de octubre se present\u00f3 en el Centro Cultural Universitario Caja Real<\/a> el libro titulado \u201c45 aniversario. Historia Gr\u00e1fica 1972-2017\u201d de la Facultad de Agronom\u00eda y Veterinaria <\/a>(FAV) de la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de San Luis Potos\u00ed (UASLP); cuyos autores son el M.E. Rafael Gerardo Gonz\u00e1lez Monjar\u00e1s, el Dr. Gerardo Javier Torres Sol\u00eds y el Dr. Jos\u00e9 Luis Lara Mireles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La obra recopila im\u00e1genes hist\u00f3ricas que documentan una \u00e9poca crucial en la que la Facultad enfrent\u00f3 grandes desaf\u00edos. Estos retos fueron superados gracias al trabajo conjunto de docentes, autoridades universitarias y estudiantes, quienes m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de fundar una facultad, construyeron una comunidad estudiantil que sigue vigente hasta el d\u00eda de hoy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante el evento, el director de la FAV, el doctor Heriberto M\u00e9ndez Cort\u00e9s, comparti\u00f3 que cuando convers\u00f3 con el rector de la UASLP doctor Alejandro Javier Zerme\u00f1o Guerra sobre un proyecto en marcha, propuso culminar este libro. Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que, a pesar de las limitaciones presupuestarias, lograron publicarlo gracias a su apoyo ya que mostr\u00f3 su entusiasmo por el mismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por su parte, Zerme\u00f1o Guerra, subray\u00f3 la importancia de plasmar la historia en un libro para que las acciones no se olviden. Felicit\u00f3 a los autores, destacando que la tarea de crear un libro es compleja y requiere esfuerzo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El evento cont\u00f3 con la presencia de autoridades universitarias, as\u00ed como ex rectores, ex directores, egresados y p\u00fablico en general. Entre los asistentes destacaron el licenciado Jorge Chessal Palau, quien present\u00f3 el libro; Hugo Magdaleno Ram\u00edrez Tob\u00edas, consejero maestro; Denisse Anah\u00ed Alonso Alvarado, consejera alumna, as\u00ed como invitados especiales como el ingeniero Jaime Valle M\u00e9ndez, el doctor Jos\u00e9 Luis Lara Mireles, autor y ex director de la FAV, y el ingeniero Maximino Torres Silva, ex director de la Facultad de Ingenier\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
